Hi! I'm Amanda, of Savor and Swoon. I attended culinary and pastry school at Seattle Central Culinary Academy. After graduating in 2012, I traveled to Grasse, France to work as a pastry stage in a Michelin star hotel and restaurant. After returning home, I continued to bake professionally. After years of creating cakes and specialty desserts for friends and family, I decided it was finally time to fulfill my dream of establishing my own cake studio. And so began, Savor and Swoon.
I love creating tasty, one of a kind cakes for the special moments in life. Whether it be a 1st birthday cake or an intricate 5 tier wedding cake, I view my job as a privilege and honor. Thank you for letting me be a part of your big moments!
